Vouchers

Alongside our extensive range of beer, lager, wine and spirits, we are pleased to offer gift-vouchers, e-vouchers and tickets to St Austell Brewery Visitor Centre’s Brewing Experience. Read on to find out about our different types of vouchers and decide which one is right for you!

Gift Vouchers

Our physical vouchers are available in £10, £20 or £50 and can be redeemed on food, drink and accommodation at any of our managed houses, as well as alcohol and gifts at the Visitor Centre Shop. They cannot be used online.

The vouchers may be exchanged for goods of equal price to the face value of the voucher, or goods of a higher price, subject to the payment of the difference. If exchanged for goods of a lower value, no change will be given.

The original voucher must be presented at the time of purchase and no photocopies will be accepted.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

In order to buy or consume alcohol, you must be 18 years of age or over.

Brewing Experience vouchers

Brewing Experience vouchers entitle each recipient to one Brewing Experience tour at St Austell Brewery Visitor Centre.

To redeem your voucher, call to book our team via email or call us on 01726 66022. – photocopies are not accepted.

Brewery tours take place twice a day - 11am and 2pm, lasting for 90 minutes. Visitors must be 16 and over to take part in the tour.

Adults (18+) will also receive a tutored beer sampling and the option to enjoy a pint at Hicks Bar or a bottle to take home from the Visitor Centre Shop with their beer token.

Brewing Experience vouchers have no cash value.
